Carol Peterson

Raised in Texas, Carol Peterson received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area.  Her interest in real estate sales began in 1996 when she became a member of the original sales team for the popular “Madera del Predsidio” new home community in Corte Madera (CA), selling over 100 homes within a period of 4 years.

Recently a full-service REALTOR® in Coldwell Banker’s Premier Greenbrae (CA) office, Carol has seen the struggle for many newlyweds to come up with enough money to make a down payment to purchase their first home. In an effort to assist, she created FeatherOurNest, an online bridal registry service for couples wishing to receive wedding gifts in the form of monetary contributions which can be applied toward a home down payment. Carol’s current affiliation with Referral Network, Inc. (RNI) will also allow her the ability to refer her clients to a real estate professional in the area where they desire to live.
