In engaging the services of FeatherOurNest you agree to the following:

A fee of $300 will be required to set up the Wedding Registry. The fee is fully refundable at the Close of Escrow on your home provided that you have used the services of a real estate sales associate referred to you by FeatherOurNest. If you do not participate in our agent referral process or if you do not close escrow on your intended home purchase, the $300 fee will be non-refundable and used to cover the costs of maintaining the Registry.

If you do not receive sufficient funds in your FeatherOurNest account to cover the full cost of the down payment on your home, you will be personally responsible for the additional funds required.

Should you decide to cancel the registry after it has been set up, all funds in your account will be refunded directly to you, the registered couple. It will be the decision and the responsibility of the registered couple to refund any contributors per the contribution list provided by FeatherOurNest.
