ServicesWedding Registry:Our Wedding Registry offers a unique alternative to the traditional bridal registry. Here you can register for an incredible gift that will provide you with a lifetime of memories . . . your first home! To register you may complete the online Wedding Registry form or contact us by telephone. The required fee to set up a registry is $300. The fee will be fully refunded at the close of escrow on your new home, provided that you have used the services of a real estate professional referred by FeatherOurNest. If you choose not to participate in our agent referral program, the fee will be non-refundable and used to cover the costs of maintaining your registry. We will provide you with attractive Wedding Registry cards to give to your friends and family advising them of your registry and instructions for gift giving. Gifts of any denomination will be accepted by check or major credit card and your guests will receive gift cards to present to you, the newlyweds! Timely updated lists of the gift givers, their addresses and the amounts of their contributions will be emailed to the bridal couple. Your friends and family will appreciate the simplicity of using our service. They will also love the idea of participating in making your dream of owning a home a reality! Referral Network: Our affiliation with Referral Network, Inc. (RNI) enables us to assist you with a residential real estate purchase or sale anywhere in the United States and Canada. We will personally work with you in the beginning to understand your requirements in a new home... destination city and state, price range, type of housing, any special needs or perhaps a present home to sell. We will then refer you to a qualified real estate professional in your area who will determine the neighborhoods that best suit your needs. Your agent will show you homes that meet your requirements and guide you through the home buying process from the beginning until the close of escrow. |
